1. Check whether the AT pneumatic actuator operates normally, whether the switch is normal, and whether the exhaust is smooth. If the daily inspection finds that the AT pneumatic actuator works improperly. It shall be repaire and replaced in time, or contact the manufacturer for maintenance and treatment in time.

2. Re-check whether the output torque of the pneumatic actuator of this model is consistent with the valve body. When the rated output torque is less than the torque require by the valve body, there will also be slow action or jitter.

3. The standard air supply pressure of most pneumatic actuators is 0.4 ~ 0.7mpa. Firstly, check whether the air source pressure of pneumatic actuators is too low.

4. Single-acting pneumatic actuator, if the action is too slow or jitter, be sure to check whether the exhaust side pipeline is blocke, whether AT pneumatic actuator is out of order and whether the spring in pneumatic actuator is too small rigid. If the cause is not determined, timely communicate with the manufacturer for timely solution.
